The new year has begun and the soccer executive will be busy putting out the flyers for the 2012 season. We will have our first meeting of the season the end of January to prepare for the upcoming year.
Remember to get your registration packages in before March 23, 2012.

Volunteer! Kudos to our many Volunteers this season - wow what a great job!
Remember that to run an organization we need lots of help! It takes alot of commitment and energy for an organization to operate. Volunteer coaches and volunteer referees are a key component to our soccer club. Without willing persons our league would not be able to function. The need has become harder to fill as families tend to be busier and have more commitments, so if we all take our turn and help where we can it would be appreciated. Maybe you know someone in your neighbourhood that would be willing to help us out or a family relative or friend that is eager to assist in community activities!? We look forward to meeting our new volunteers, and welcome back our dedicated individuals young and old alike!
Executive Changes:
The executive for Wainfleet Youth Soccer is committed to providing another year of soccer in Wainfleet. We are eager to continue the tradition of community soccer and a place for our kids to have fun, a place to meet new friends and experience growth in soccer skills. WYS is a weeknight event that promotes Family Activity by keeping our children active together, our families together at a common location, and community involvement in a safe environment. We are committed to continuing WYS in 2012, and will strive to focus on what our league is about; working together to make the best decisions to run an effective positive league.
Monique Jongsma and Sue Huizinga have taken the position of Co-Chairs.
We welcome on our board Hannie Fledderus and Kim Hines.
We are currently looking for a volunteer(s) to take over the Equipment Co-ordinator position. Please contact Monique or Bill Jongsma, or another member of the executive.
